Information we collect

We collect uploaded photos, selected products, order numbers, contact details, wholesale inquiry details, shipping details, approved crop settings and approval records, and payment status to prepare and fulfill your order. Our hosting and service providers may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs.

How information is used

We use this information to print your magnets, process payment, arrange shipping, answer questions, and manage orders. Customer uploads are separate from our Home page sample gallery. We do not use your order photos as public samples without your permission.

Services involved

Cloudflare hosts the website and stores uploaded photos and order records. Stripe processes checkout and payment details; we do not receive your full card number. EasyPost and shipping carriers process delivery information. When address suggestions are used, the address search text is sent to Google Maps Platform. These providers handle information under their own policies.

Photo and order retention

Photos and order records remain stored for fulfillment and order support. Archiving or removing an order from our internal listing does not automatically erase its stored photos. Contact us to request removal of your photos or information. Some payment and transaction records may need to be retained for business or legal requirements.

Browser storage

The website uses browser storage to remember your cart, including selected photos and approved crops, on your device. Photos stay on that device until you continue to checkout; preparing checkout uploads them for fulfillment. Your cart is cleared after payment is confirmed. Removing a cart item clears its local copy, but does not erase files already uploaded for an order. Checkout and other service providers may use their own cookies or browser storage.

Requests and questions

Contact us to ask about your information, request corrections, or request deletion. We may need to confirm that the order belongs to you before acting on a request.

Site traffic

We measure public page views using a random browser-session identifier, page name, referring website, general device category, and approximate city/country location supplied by Cloudflare from the connection. This is an estimated network location, not GPS or a home address. We do not store your IP address, name, photos, or full referring URL in these traffic records. Sessions expire after 30 minutes of inactivity and are estimates, not identified people. This measurement respects browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control settings.
