Your custom order

Lock & Key Memories makes custom 2 × 3 inch photo magnets. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and our Refund Policy. Choose your package and photos carefully. Same-photo packages repeat one photo; assorted packages use your selected photos.

Photo permission and quality

You must own the photos you upload or have permission to use them and to have them printed. You give us permission to crop, resize and print them to fulfill your order. Photos may be cropped to fit the magnet; color and brightness can differ between a screen and the finished print. Low-resolution or blurry images may produce a soft print. We may contact you if a photo cannot be used.

Payment, production and delivery

Prices are shown in US dollars. Shipping is quoted before payment and applicable tax is calculated at checkout. Production normally takes 3–5 business days after payment and receipt of usable photos. Carrier transit time is additional; delivery estimates are not guarantees. We will contact you about a material delay.

Shipping addresses

Check your shipping address, including any apartment or unit number, and use the same address at Stripe Checkout. Address suggestions and verification can help find errors but do not guarantee delivery.

Order support

Contact us promptly if your order details need changing or if there is a problem. Changes may not be possible after production begins. These terms do not limit any rights provided by applicable law.
